Forrest is an innovative fitness tracking app designed for iOS users who want to add a fun and challenging twist to their running and cycling workouts. Forrest gives your usual workouts a new competitive dimension. Your runs and rides are no longer solitary endeavours, but exhilarating races against virtual opponents (ghost racers) or your personal bests and previous races. In the latest Version 2.0, we’ve amplified the excitement by enabling you to challenge your friends wherever they are in the world, infusing social connectivity into every stride. The purpose built race screen provides real-time insights into your position during the race, while audio prompts keep you focused on your goal even when your iPhone is locked, empowering you to fully embrace the race, whether you’re on foot or two wheels.
It turns your runs and rides into races by giving you someone to compete against.

Here's how it works:

1. Choose from a variety of preloaded race options or craft your own custom race event according to your preferences.

2. Add virtual opponents in the form of ghost-racers that'll run or ride at a speed you choose.

3. Add your personal best times or previous race results to race against yourself.

4. Add your friends. Take the challenge to the next level by racing against your friends wherever they are in the world.

5. Race!

6. Hear audio prompts on your race progress while you run or ride:
. "You've overtaken your personal best to take 1st place."
. "That's 30 minutes. You've completed 5.3km."
. "Your target ghost racer is 12 seconds ahead of you in 2nd place."

7. Win! Get faster and fitter.

8. Review your race with maps, graphs, and export to Strava or Apple Health.

9. Share your achievements on social media with integrated social sharing.

So the next time you get stuck trying to cross the road you won't get overtaken by your personal best. No cheating though!
